Setempat serta memastikan permohonan diproses di dalam tempoh yang telah ditetapkan bagi :

Permohonan Tambahan Dan Pindaan (Renovation).
Permohonan Permit Bangunan Sementara.
Permohonan Permit Kerja-Kerja Kecil (Minor Repair).
Permohonan Permit Khemah.
b. Menerima dan memproses permohonan Sijil Kelayakan Menduduki Bangunan.
c. Memantau dan menyemak permohonan Sijil Perakuan Siap dan Pematuhan (CCC).
d. Memberi Ulasan Laporan Cadangan Pemajuan (LCP) bagi Permohonan Kebenaran Merancang.
e. Menerima dan memproses permohonan pemulangan wang amanah.
e. Memberi khidmat nasihat mengenai permohonan pelan bangunan dan pembangunan kepada pelanggan.
f. Menyediakan kertas kerja untuk Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pusat Setempat (OSC) 2 kali sebulan.
g. Menyediakan dan membuat pemantauan ISO MS 9001:2008 jabatan.
h. Mengemaskini sistem OSC Online serta menghadiri mesyuarat berkaitan.

  • Bahagian Kawalan Pembangunan

a. Mengawal selia pembinaan dan ubahsuai bangunan supaya mematuhi Akta Jalan, Parit Dan Bangunan 1974
(Akta 133) dan Undang-undang Kecil Bangunan Seragam 1984 (Notis Penguatkuasa)
.
b. Menghadiri mesyuarat aduan awam dan mengemaskini e-Aduan supaya dapat diselesaikan dalam masa
ditetapkan.

c. Berfungsi sebagai penguatkuasa bangunan dalam memantau segala projek pembangunan di dalam kawasan
pentadbiran MPSepang.

d. Memantau dan menyediakan laporan untuk projek-projek terbengkalai dan bermasalah di kawasan daerah Sepang.
e. Mengumpul rekod kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan bagi bangunan yang melebihi 5 tingkat.
f. Menghadiri mesyuarat-mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Perunding Penduduk di setiap zon.

  • Bahagian Projek Dan Penyelenggaraan

a. Penyediaan lukisan senibina untuk dokumen Kontrak, Tender, Sebut Harga dan Kerja Inden.
b. Melaksanakan kerja-kerja segera (Inden).
c. Melaksana dan merancang kerja bagi projek-projek baru di bawah peruntukan Persekutuan, Negeri dan Majlis.
d. Mengawal selia dan memantau perlaksanaan projek sehingga siap mengikut tempoh masa yang telah ditetapkan
di dalam kontrak.

e. Menyelaras penyerahan bangunan yang telah siap kepada Bahagian Pengurusan Aset.
f. Menyelenggara dan membaikpulih aset Majlis agar berfungsi secara optima.
g.Memeriksa tapak dan memproses tuntutan yang dikemukakan oleh kontraktor.
h.Memantau dan menyelesaikan aduan awam berkaitan bangunan kemudahan awam di bawah seliaan Majlis.

  • Ensure that the work of processing applications for approval and withdrawal of Business Trades Licensing / Advertising / Hawkers / Entertainment licenses and others shall be conducted in an orderly and efficient manner within 14 working days and immediately (for those who are not at risk) for complete application and complying with the conditions licensing and law relating to it.

Memastikan Jabatan Penguatkuasaan Dan Pelesenan memberikan perkhidmatan yang terbaik kepada pelanggan-pelanggan bagi meningkatkan kutipan hasil lesen yang tinggi kepada Majlis.

Visi

Melesenkan semua jenis lesen-lesen perniagaan yang terdapat di kawasan MPSepang dan memantau lesen-lesen yang telah diluluskan tanpa melanggar syarat yang ditetapkan.

Fungsi

  1. Menerima permohonan lesen seperti Lesen Tred Perniagaan Dan Perindustrian, Lesen Iklan, Lesen Penjaja, Lesen Hiburan, Lesen Pasar Malam / Sari, Permit Sementara dan lain-lain.
  2. Memproses setiap jenis permohonan lesen dalam tempoh 14 hari bekerja bagi permohonan yang telah lengkap mengikut senarai semak yang sedia ada.
  3. Membuat lawatan tapak ke premis kedai baru bagi melihat jenis aktiviti perniagaan yang dijalankan dan melihat kebersihan premis kedai.
  4. Membuat laporan lawatan tapak dengan menyediakan gambar-gambar premis kedai dan aktiviti yang dilakukan.
  5. Menjalankan pemantauan, pengawasan dan penguatkuasaan bagi semua jenis lesen yang telah diluluskan agar tidak melanggar syarat-syarat kelulusan.
  6. Menyelenggara dan mengurus penjaja-penjaja kecil melalui penempatan semula dan melesenkan semua penjaja yang dikenalpasti.
  7. Menguruskan dan melesenkan peniaga pasar malam dan pasar sari.
  8. Menguruskan peniaga-peniaga pasar awam yang terdapat di Sepang seperti di Pekan Salak, Pekan Dengkil, Pekan Sepang dan Pekan Sungai Pelek.
  9. Bekerjasama dengan Bahagian Penguatkuasaan bagi menjalankan operasi pemantauan terhadap premis-premis yang berlesen dan mengenakan tindakan undang-undang bagi premis tanpa lesen.
  10. Menjalankan Unit Pemeriksaan Lesen untuk membuat rondaan dan pemantauan kesemua kawasan samada penjaja / premis kedai / iklan billboard / unipolle / iklan bunting / banner dan lain-lain.
  11. Menyiasat aduan-aduan awam berkenaan dengan pelesenan.

  • Plan, coordinate and monitor application development for department/division/unit facilities to perform set functions efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage, coordinate and monitor online channels and online applications as well as strategic quality to enable good and orderly distribution of information and control of ICT documents.

Objective

  • Provide legal advice to the Council on any legislation referred to the department to protect the interests of the Council.
  • Provide documentation of delegates of authority to Councilors.
  • Responsible for all matters of law gazette is required and amendments to the laws of the existing Council.
  • Manage and update departmental reference materials including news, journal entries and so on.
  • Monitor the progress of the case for assessment tax arrears by a panel of lawyers.
  • Monitor the process of civil case travel by a panel of lawyers and be responsible for handling all matters of civil affairs of the Council whether the form of claim or defense submitted by the court.
  • Assist Building Commissioners in the implementation of acts under the Building & Property (Maintenance and Management) Act 2007 (Act 663).
  • Review and review agreements so that the rights and interests of the Council are protected.
  • Conduct work in accordance with MS ISO 9001: 2000 Standard and MS ISO 9001: 2008 Standard.
  • Conducting internal courses to Council servants.
  • Represent the Council in the case management of the Appeal Board.

  • Supervise, coordinate and monitor the management of the receipt and recording of public complaints received.
  • Implement a Customer Meeting Day Program / Town Hall Meeting / Dialogue Ceremony / Conversation Ceremony with the community at selected locations within the MPSepang administrative area.
  • Implement monthly monthly statistical complaints reporting of public complaints for relevant agencies.
  • Implement the preparation of public complaint statistics to be presented in the Main SRC Committee Meeting every month.
  • Coordinate and implement Complaint Management Meetings within the stipulated period.
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct the Complaint Management Empowerment Workshop annually.

  • Plan, coordinate and implement innovation programs at the state, national and international levels to improve the quality and image of the Council.

  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of MS ISO 9001: 2015 procedures to ensure the quality management system of Sepang Municipal Council is always complied with and achieve certification standards.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of quality management programs for the Sepang Municipal Council to enhance the image and performance of the Council services in order to achieve the standards that have been set in line with the needs / requirements of customers according to current circulation.
