CLIENT CHARTER DEPARTMENT / DIVISION / UNIT

Planning City Department

  • Processing of applications for planning permission dealt with in an efficient, orderly, comply with all regulation established within thirty days until approval from Local Committee Meetings (osc).
  • Processing of application for approval of the plans are managed efficently address in order to comply with all regulations established within fifteen days until approval  from the Local Committee Meeting (osc).
  • Reviewing, preparing and submitting application for review of land / land matter to sepang District Land Administratiion / Director of Land and Mines state within fifteen days.
  • Check, prepate and submit a review of building plans / work plans for land / planning matters to the Building Department / engineering department within fifteen days.
  • Mengemukakan maklum balas / tindakan aduan  yang dikemukakan  oleh orang awam / Unit Aduan Majlis / ahli Majlis / agensi kerajaan dengan  serta merta  atau dalam tempoh lima belas hari.
  • Submit feedback / action complaints field by the public/ complaints unit of the council / assembly / government agencies immediately within 15 days.

Management Services Department

  • Registering and labeling the assets purchased within fourteen days from the date of receipt at the Department of Management Services.
  • Prepare the draft minutes of the meeting of the council within three working days and circulate the minutes of meetings of the council within seven working days from the date of the meeting.
  • To ensure log book, touch n go and fuel council vehicle inspected once a month.

  • Quotations tender within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the application and display position on the notice board of the council, the council and the tender from selangor website.
  • Convene a meeting of quotations / tenders meet within ten (10) working days from the date of cpmpletion of the analysis report for quotation / tender.
  • Processing applications and new appoinments within three months from the closing date.
  • Provide training for seven (7) days per year for MPSepang employees.

Corporate Department and Comunity Development

  • Show feedback status of customer complaints within 14 days from the receipt date.
  • Preparing and distributing Buletin semarak Api ( Every Three Month)
  • Meet The customer  day (three times a year).
  • Review procedure for MS ISO 9001 : 2008 (Three times  a year).
  • Waiting time at the counter did not exceed five minutes (not during peak hours from january to february and july to august).
  • Feedback reservation of public facilities (3 working days from the date of approval from YDP and TYDP).
  • Processing purchase form (BP) and Royal Tour (LO) for PeBT program and SRC (three working days).

Valuation and property Management Department

  • To ensure that all holdings are valued within seven month of the CCC.
  • Ensuring remission application was processed and decided within a month after the term.
  • Contributions helped ensure one hundred percent collection rate.
  • Ensuring the maintenance contractor in accordance with the specification given.
  • To make sure Proceeds monthly must reaches eighty percent.

Treasury Department

  • Approved the application of The tax Assesment payment Installment Immediately.
  • Collateral Payment assessment within 7 days.
  • Payment process to supplier once document complete are received in the treasury Department within 7 days.

Engineering Department

  • The process of application approvals earthworks, roads and drainage is complete and complies with the technical conditions will be given within sixty days.
  • The process of application for approval of a complete public lighthing plan and comply with the technical requirements shall be given within thirty working days.
  • Acknowledgment of receipt of the completed structure plan and comply with the technical requirement shall be given within fourteen working days.
  • Excavation permit application approval process and permit passage way will be completed within fourteen working days.
  • The application process of acquisition of the complete infrastructure of the complete infrastructure will be given within fourteen working days.
  • A review of planning permission received from the OSC, within fourteen working days.
  • Take action on complaints road damage, drains, street lights, traffic lights and the banks collapsed within forty eight hours/days.

Landscape Department

  • All applications are complete and proper landscape in the checklist provided will be approved within thirty days of receipt of the request.
  • All applications will be presented in landscape OSC Committee Meeting in two weeks (depending on the date of the OSC Commitee Meeting) .
  • Processing payment within seven working days.
  • Planning permission  a review within fifteen working days. 
  • Preparing beautiful decoration and jewelery for events within a day and ornamental plants will be discharges within two days.
  • Submit feedback / action complaints filed by the public / complaints Unit of the council/ councillors / goverment agencies immediately or within fourteen workind days.

Health Department

  • Carry out dengue control activities within forty eight hours after the case was reported.
  • Inspection and grading of the premises carried out.
  • Process and approve dog license application immediately.
  • Receive, investigate and respond to public complaints within seven working days.
  • Inspection and auditing of public toilets ten units per month.

Unit Perkhidmatan Bandar

  • Process payment claims from contractors or supplier within fourteen days from the date of received invoice.
  • Supervise cleaning and solid waste management contractor apponted by the council every working days and ensure tasks are carried out according to schedule.
  • Public complaints will be investigated and acted not more than fourteen days.

Enforcement and Licensing Department - Division of Enforcement

  • Manage the receit, distribution and feedback of public complaints received and resolved within seven days.
  • Manage the complete document to claim the confiscated goods and vehicle towing within fifteen minutes.
  • Equipment proses installation tug on the towed vehicle until the vehicle is removed within fifteen minutes after the fault is indentified.
  • Offence noticed issued immediately after the fault is identified.

License Department

  • All applications are complete and comply with the terms of the licensing process and given a decision within fouteen working days (Including the results of graduation and less resilient.
  • Application for licenses are not at risk of complete and comply with licensing conditions given results immediately.
  • Number of applications and issuance of applications and issuance of license within fourteen days.
  • Number of applications and issuance of licenses immediately.

Jabatan Bangunan

  • Kelulusan Pelan Bangunan

i.  Bangunan kemudahan awam, Perumahan, kedai / pejabat, kilang, institusi, kompleks
dalam tempoh tiga puluh tujuh hari.
ii. Rumah sesebuah / berkembar dalam tempoh dua puluh empat jam.
iii.Tambahan atau pindaan rumah / kedai / pejabat / kilang dalam tempoh dua puluh empat jam.
Permit bangunan sementara :
– Yang melibatkan ulasan teknikal dalam tempoh sebulan.
-Yang tidak melibatkan ulasan teknikal (spt papan tanda projek dan hoarding) dalam
tempoh tujuh hari.

  • Kelulusan CFO

i.Semua jenis bangunan dalam tempoh dua puluh empat hari selepas penerimaan borang E.

Unit Pesuruhjaya Bangunan

  • Mewujudkan, menyelenggara dan mengemaskini maklumat pemajuan berstrata dengan menyediakan daftar profail kawasan pemajuan untuk setiap enam bulan.
  • Memastikan pemaju mengadakan mesyuarat pertama penubuhan Badan Pengurusan Bersama (JMB) dan Perbadanan Pengurusan (MC) dalam tempoh tidak kurang dua belas bulan dari tarikh mendapat sijil kelayakan menduduki bangunan dan dua puluh lima peratus pindahmilik hakmilik strata.
  • Menguruskan pendaftaran dan pengeluaran sijil JMB dalam tempoh dua puluh lapan hari dari tarikh mesyuarat pertama penubuhan JMB.
  • Menguruskan aduan berkenaan isu penyenggaraan dan pengurusan harta bersama dalam tempoh tujuh hari bekerja.
  • Memberi khidmat nasihat kepada pemaju / JMB / MC berkaitan penyenggaraan dan pengurusan harta bersama dalam tempoh masa yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Memberi taklimat dan penerangan berkenaan Akta 663 dan menghadiri mesyuarat agung tahunan JMB / MC seperti yang telah dijadualkan.
  • Memantau dan menyelaras perlaksanaan Akta Bangunan dan Harta Bersama (Akta 663) dan Bahagian VI dan VII Akta Hakmilik Strata (Akta 318) melalui perundangan dan penguatkuasaan undang-undang.

Unit Audit Dalam

  • Mengeluarkan memo pemberitahuan pengauditan kepada auditi dan menyediakan memorandum rancangan audit pada minggu pertama setiap suku tahun.
  • Menjalankan Aktiviti Pengauditan Di Jabatan, Bahagian Dan Unit Dalam Tempoh lima belas Hari Bekerja Bermula Dari Tarikh Memorandum Rancangan Audit (MRA) Disahkan.
  • Menyediakan deraf  laporan audit dan Membentangkan teguran-teguran audit Di Dalam Mesyuarat Pre-Audit Dalam Tempoh sepuluh Hari Bekerja Selepas Aktiviti Pengauditan Selesai Dijalankan.

Unit Undang-Undang

  • Memastikan urusan penetapan kadar kompaun dan proses pengeluaran bil  bayaran bagi setiap notis kesalahan dibuat dalam tempoh sepuluh minit.
  • Memastikan setiap maklum balas secara bertulis mengenai status permohonan rayuan atau pembatalan notis kesalahan diberi  dalam tempoh empat belas hari
  • Memastikan setiap dokumen perjanjian yang diterima disemak dalam tempoh empat belas hari

Information Technology Unit

  • Maklum balas aduan (perisian & rangkaian komputer) dalam tempoh dua jam bekerja.
  • Memastikan semua urusan Operasi Khidmat Bantuan Teknikal dapat diselesaikan dalam tempoh tiga hingga tujuh hari bekerja.
  • Memastikan tahap rangkaian dan perkhidmatan internet dapat beroperasi sekurang-kurangnya sembilan puluh lima peratus kebolehcapaian bulanan.
  • Memastikan tahap keselamatan rangkaian dan sambungan aplikasi sistem terjamin sekurang-kurangnya sembilan puluh lima peratus kelancaran bulanan.
