APPLICATION FOR TARGETED VILLAGE HOUSE CATEGORY ASSESSMENT TAX EXEMPTION FOR THE YEAR 2026
It is hereby informed that the Selangor State Government through the decision of the State Executive Council (MMKN) has agreed to continue the Targeted Village House Category Assessment Tax Exemption for the Year 2026, subject to the conditions that have been set.
This application is open to eligible village house owners, Malaysian citizens, residing in the State of Selangor and meeting the income and residential area criteria set.
Each applicant is only eligible to apply for one account or one house only.
Applications must be submitted no later than 31 May 2026 by submitting complete supporting documents such as a copy of the identity card, assessment tax bill, latest utility bill and a sketch of the plan and area of ​​the residential building.
The application form can be obtained by scanning the QR Code provided and the completed application must be sent to the Property Valuation and Management Department, Sepang Municipal Council.

Jabatan Kawalan Bangunan akan menjalankan kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan di bilik MSB dan Genset di Ibu Pejabat MPSepang pada 5hb & 6hb Julai 2025 (Sabtu & Ahad). Oleh itu, pihak kontraktor akan membuat penutupan bekalan elektrik secara berperingkat dan akan berlaku gangguan bekalan elektrik dan capaian internet sepanjang tempoh penyelenggaraan dijalankan.

Oleh itu, Unit Pengurusan Maklumat akan menghentikan keseluruhan operasi sistem MPSepang bermula pada 4hb Julai 2025 (Jumaat) bermula jam 5.00 petang. Semua perkhidmatan dalam talian tidak dapat diakses sepanjang tempoh tersebut. Kesemua perkhidmatan ini akan beroperasi seperti biasa pada 7hb Julai 2025 (Isnin) 8.30 pagi.
