 b) Coordinate matters of promotion of Sepang Municipal Council employees.
 c) Coordinate matters of Application of Enforcement Ranks.
 d) Coordinate and monitor matters of transfer of MPSepang employees.
 e) Monitor confirmation of appointment date and confirmation in service.
 f) Coordinate and monitor matters of granting pensionable status.
 g) Coordinate and monitor matters of extension of contract period.
 h) Coordinate and monitor matters of retirement.
 i) Monitor matters of Performance Evaluation Reports and Excellent Service Awards.
 j) Monitor matters of salaries, salary movements, salary shifts and allowances of MPSepang employees.
 k) Coordinate and implement the implementation of the HRMIS System.
 l) Coordinate and help ensure the smooth running of Human Resources Meetings, namely Human Resources Development Panel Meetings, Appointing Authority Committee Meetings, Information Services and Technology Committee Meetings.
 m) Coordinate emolument calculation matters for the purpose of calculating the annual budget.
 n) Coordinate and monitor retention and acting work matters.
 o) Coordinate leave matters in the presence of MPSepang employees.
 p) Coordinate half-pay leave and unpaid leave of staff.
 q) Coordinate leave matters without group records.
 r) Coordinate Service Record Book (BRP) matters for MPSepang employees.
 s) Coordinate and implement the Sepang Municipal Council Employee Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire.
 t) Coordinate record and file management.
 u) Coordinate correspondence management.
 v) Coordinate industrial training management.
 w) Manage group insurance coverage facilities for MPSepang employees and Council Members.
 x) Manage government medical facilities and hospital treatment bills for MPSepang employees / retirees.
 y) Manage incentive facilities for glasses and dental treatment for MPSepang employees and Council Members.
Training Division
- Annual staff training planning
- Compliance with staff training hours
- Update staff training hours records
- Handling applications to attend pre-retirement programs/courses
- Organizing internal courses organized by the Training Division
- Handling external courses (foreign/domestic visits, seminars, workshops, etc.)

 h) Coordinate E-Vetting for Security Screening of Sepang Municipal Council Staff.
 i) Coordinate Urine Testing of Sepang Municipal Council Staff.
 j) Coordinate the Use of Visitor Passes on Every Working Day.
 k) Coordinate the Use of Contractor Passes on Holidays and Public Holidays.

Asset Management Division
- Manage and monitor movable asset management affairsa) Manage the receipt and registration of movable assets

 c) Monitor the management of the system for the use and maintenance of movable assets
 d) Receive and implement the disposal of movable assets
 e) Prepare and monitor the management of loss and write-off of movable assets
 f) Coordinate the Meeting of the Government Movable Asset Management Committee (JKPAK) 4 times a year
- Manage and monitor store managementa) Coordinate the receipt, recording and storage of stock
 b) Ensure that the issuance of stock at the Stationery Storage Store is implemented properly

Secretariat And Meeting Division
- Coordinate and monitor MPSepang quarters affairsa) Coordinate the affairs of leaving and entering the quarters. 
 b) Coordinate complaints of damage to MPSepang quarters.
 c) Coordinate the affairs of monitoring the quarters.
- Coordinate and monitor the affairs of monitoring MPSepang KINDERGARTENa) Manage subsidies for staff nursery fees. 
 b) Monitor the nursery regularly, i.e. once a month.
 c) Coordinate the needs of the nursery.
- Coordinate and monitor the needs of MPSepang meeting/program management; anda) Serve as the secretariat of the Full Meeting, Senior Management Meeting, Joint Department Council Meeting, Management Services Department Meeting, and Management Review Meeting (MKSP). 
 b) Collect feedback on matters arising for the Full Meeting, Senior Management Meeting, Joint Department Council Meeting, Management Services Department Meeting, and Management Review Meeting (MKSP).
 c) Collect answers to questions from the Selangor State Legislative Assembly and the National Assembly (Parliament).
 d) Coordinate feedback from Selangor SUK meetings and external agencies.
 e) Manage the needs of booking banquets for meetings and programs.
